Mariehau High School Market















On 29 of November we had market day. And me and my friend we made Indian food pani puri and pakora.We sell our food in school we made profit of $60.And we spend 1 hour in food room to make our stuff.

  1. I tried your pani puri andpakora. It was a surprising combination of tastes and textture. It was crunchy and filled with this cool minty liquid that suddenly turned hot as the chilli hit my taste buds. How did you make all those perfect round balls of chrunchy goodness?

    I agree with Ms Gopperth's comment above! The taste and feeling of what you were eating combined to make it a very pleasurable snack. Is this an everyday food in India or is it a treat?
    What would you do differently next time for the Merry Market?
